Then I write up an order summary which you check over, and when it's perfect, you make 20% deposit and I send it in!  Deposit is fully refundable in first 14 days, after that it is non-refundable.

We have some harps in stock.  Otherwise the building time is usually 6-8 weeks.  This is a small family-run business so this can vary slightly.
