What is a Double Strung Harp?

A double strung harp is a harp with two parallel rows of strings tuned the same.

The vibrations “bounce off” each set of strings for rich harmonics, and you can do hundreds of special effects and unusual tune arrangements with amazingly little effort.

Ease:  You can do things that sound a LOT harder than they are.

Unique glittery sounds: You can make glittery effects that you cannot make on a single row of strings.

Freedom: Your hands will never run into each other.

Amaze yourself:  You can play fast music more easily, without being advanced.

Soothing: Therapeutic music feels even more therapeutic because of sympathetic richness, easier to improvise for a long playing session.

Mental benefit:  You get an “endorphin high” as your brain hemispheres balance.

Size benefit: You have twice as many strings in a smaller, lighter harp.

Affordable:  Stoney End harps are so reasonable in price, yet they have, in my opinion, the very richest tone.

Bonus:  Free perks when you purchase through me ($140 worth at no cost to you.)

Liberating: Improvising is easy on a double.
